Vella Gregory’s Song Cycle ‘Tluq’ now available on Navona Records

Vella Gregory’s song cycle ‘Tluq | Departure’ is now available on Navona Records. The song cycle sets three poems by contemporary Maltese poet John Aquilina The work, originally for mezzo and piano, has been arranged for soprano, cello, and harp. It is part of a new album by the name of Cantilena recorded by soprano Gillian Zammit, cellist Frank Camilleri, and harpist Britt Arend.
